My friend is having her first baby and told me she feels like I think I'm better than her because I didn't have an epidural. I feel bad, but I don't feel like I'm better than her, I just feel very proud of myself. I delivered 2, almost 9lb, one vacuum assisted, one induction, drug free. I think that's something to be proud of. She also is mad at me because she hasn't even gone into labor yet and is just like, she's definitely having an epidural and all I told her was "Why don't you try and see if you could handle it and c then if not then decide on an epidural." She said I'm being judgy. Idk why the fuck she asked my opinion then.

I got mad when people told me to try to go natural like my mind was set on an epidural and others opinions drove me mad. I say definitely be proud of yourself for what you did because I certainly couldn't have been able to do it

shit I'm proud of u I couldn't handle any of the pain and I had the epidural (witch didn't work) I don't understand why people get so mad at someone for giving their opinion when they ask for it it's annoying its either take my advice or. don't ask me

@brittneylove, @brudd330 Don't get me wrong, I'm not anti epidural. I think when a woman is in labor she should have whatever she needs to make her more comfortable. I just feel like if she didn't want me opinion and just wanted me to agree with everything she said, she could have said that at the beginning of the conversation 😂😉

with my 1st son i went all natural i was 16yrs old, My 2pregnancy i was 24yrs old and had an epidural eventhough , gave birth in 20min labor and 2 hr contractions for both kind of felt the same the epidural didnt make a big difference to me.I'm 37yrs old now and will try natural again

With my 1st I had an epidural because I was scared to try natural dilvery. With this one I do plan on trying a water birth no pain meds. I feel I can do it. My reason behind trying naturally this time is because I have a bad back and the epidural took me two months to recover from also I am anti pain meds.
