I think you should do some research before jumping down his throat. It's not like you can contract hep c from skin contact it's kind of like AIDS where people think cause you breathe the same air as someone that has it doesn't mean you are going to get it. I understand your concern and they are scary ass diseases to be around but like I said do some research if you are really afraid of contracting it from someone. Their is a lot of stigma out there with these kind of diseases and society makes it out to be so much worse than it really is.
You can only help c from blood, hair is not a threat

i wouldn't risk it they might have cut themselves by accident I don't use my grandma's brush or share food ect with her cuz she has hep c
