@moua, my doctor hasn't checked me at all. So I don't know if that's the only way to know if your thinning or not. I'm not sure.

@carrsonsmom, I honestly have no idea. I googled this feeling I have sometimes where it feels like the baby is digging its way out and a bunch of people were talking about cervix thinning so I'm wondering the same thing. haha

How do you know when you cervix it thinning?

I 20% effaced at 31 weeks

I was 50% effaced in my 33rd week not sure what I am now hoping to find out Monday.

Mine started a lot earlier then others. At 28 weeks. But every single woman is different some don't thin out till all the way at the end of your pregnancy
