my 7 month old is constipated and idk from what π£ she's been on her formula since birth no problems ! I'm thinking its solids she's been on solids for 2 months now and she's been fussing all day. help me I'm a FTM and don't know what it is that's causing it.

Mine is constipated also but he only a week old so I can't use any of the things listed but since I'm breastfeeding I drank herbal raspberry tea so will see how it goes
no it will help her with the discomfort shes feeling it helps my daughter everytime

You can try Gripe water or Gas Drops.
@deafmama16, Shes been eating squash, sweet patatoe and carrots with green beans its all beech but in the jar food.
prunes or prunes juice works wonders
Is she eating solid with fibers?
