Today I went to my 38 week appointment it's pretty awesome I'm dilated at 3cm, 80% effaced, and baby's head is dropped to a -1 degree I have no idea what that means but I'm so excited I'm going to have her any day now. She's measuring 37.5 weeks but her heartbeat is very strong!😋

Lucky!!! I'm 39weeks now and still only a 1cm and 80% effaced. My doctor said dilation doesn't matter though because she has people walking around right now not in the hospital dilated to a 6. She said your body has to have contractions to dilate and be in labor. So hopefully that's whats happening to me lol
