my doctor is having me go twice a week until i deliver for NSTs.... I've never heard of that being a thing? I haven't had a single complication, so I didn't expect all this monitoring.

They didn't explain why? I did it with my first bc I had high blood pressure and had to be inducted at 38 weeks. Now I'm having them weekly at 30 weeks with my twins. Not like you can do anything, I'm sure they have you going for a reason, but I would want to know what the reason is.

@beauandleosmom she didn't give me any reason at all! I mean technically I'm overweight so that adds a "risk" I guess. but I've not had a single complication.

I wouldn't think they would do a NST for being overweight. I would ask what they're monitoring for. Try not to worry, it's annoying but at least they're watching your baby!

I had to go twice/wk with my daughter. They were monitoring her fluid levels...it's pretty normal.

I go weekly starting next week "overweight" precaution.. I don't mind because with my son I was leaking fluid for a while and didn't know it.. I'm paranoid about it this time around

I only went for my first bc she was high risk but with this one I don't think I'm supposed to go but we'll find out
