Am I wrong for wanting to have my husband stay home and take care of our 3 girls when I give birth? he kept our oldest 2 when I had our 3rd and I called him literally after she came out right when she had had her first cry so he still heard it. I don't have much time to find someone to take all 3 girls and I feel safer with him just keeping them at home... is that bad? should I find a sitter for them so he can be there for our sons birth? I'm just curious what you ladies think

he should definalty be at the birth! unless hes ok with staying home!

I think he should be there, you only get to see him be born once.

I mean if he is okay with being home then there is nothing wrong with the! but if he wants to be there I would let him be!

What would he prefer? If it's his first son he may want to be present. But if he doesn't mind then it works out.

I would let him make that decision he may just be saying what he thinks you want him to so that you're happy or that you don't have to worry

Whatever works for your family is best. If he doesn't mind staying with the kids and you're okay with him not being there for the birth, then by all means take that route. I'm a person who avoids sitters at all cost, so I can understand why you'd want him to be home with the kids.

I would have him decide. If he wants to be there I think it would be wrong to deny him but if he doesn't mind then do what's easiest for you!!
