Hi mummy's!! I'm a bit confused don't understand at all, I have never been checked down there... And I'm having the same thing ----> braxton hicks...and it's might be a silly question but how are you dilated if the water haven't been broken ? 😳

My water went and I was zero cm took me 12 hours to get to 4cms after they broke xx
Sometimes babies can be born in there sac complete. Waters don't go for some even 10 cm. They only check dilation here is u are in prem labour. We don't like to mess about with these things over here
My waters didn't brake at all the midwife broke them for me at around 7/8cm some times they don't until later other times there the first thing to go everyone's different and they won't check you down there for brax and hicks unless your getting pain as well but if your worried call the doctor xx
