How soon does morning sickness occur? My SIL thinks she's pregnant because she's 2 days late on her period. I told her not to take a pregnancy test but she insisted and it says negative. But she swears she has pregnancy symptoms like throwing up. I read that you don't get it until week 6. I didn't have morning sickness so I wouldn't know

It's different for everyone. For me the nausea always starts around the time of my missed period, and then hits full force around 6-8 weeks.

I didn't start throwing up until I was around 6 weeks. I knew I was pregnant this time around because I was 4 days late on my period and started peeing like a race horse. Also very tired easily. I guess it was easier for me to tell because I already went through pregnancy before as I have a 4 year old son. A woman usually just knows. Tell her to wait a day or two and test again.

I didn't feel sick till I was 2 months , she may wanna wait 2 more weeks & then test some say when you think you are your mind makes you think your pregnant so you get pregnant symptoms

I was nauseous with my second the week of my missed period. With my first I knew by the day of my missed period, but it wasn't nausea that gave it away.

@forever223, @ilee @kimberlyyyy_the-preemie-mom @mommy79107 thanks! I really don't think she is pregnant because she is coming up with every symptom out there and she would only be 4 weeks. She said she got her period this afternoon but it was light then went away so who knows lol
