Is this Baby acne or allergic reaction?

My baby's got really bad and even though it doesn't bother them I didn't like how it looked so I kept complaining and his pediatrician gave him a prescription to clear it up.

If you breast feed its most likely from your hormones. I wiped my sons face with warm water and baby soap daily and that helped.

It will go away on its own. Just give it some time 😊

You can't love. it goes away on its own. takes anywhere from a week to a month but it does go away
