my bp today at my appt was 136/95 the nurse said it was a little high but the Dr didn't say anything about it and didn't seem concerned .. is that high? my normal is around 120/86

the bottom number is high

it might be a little high. but that can be a number of things. just watch for other symptoms like dizziness etc. and drink plenty of water and limit salts. (:

A lot of things can elevate your BP, if it's not a regular thing the doctor may not be worried especially if swelling and urine is normal
