Anyone else have 5 year olds who just don't like to eat? And they take forever to eat a meal? 😩 I have no idea what to…

My boyfriends son is 7 and he STILL does this. It's so frustrating. So now we give him 30 mins to eat and if he doesn't eat then he can be hungry the rest of the night because he isn't getting anything else!

@shananaginsx, ugh 😭 because she goes to school at the end of next month and at this rate she won't be able to finish in the time she has for lunch. It's ridiculous.

Well then she will learn to eat quicker if she's hungry! It has helped him a lot because now he knows to eat and not take forever.

My 5 yr old is doing this!! I hate it!!!!!!! She takes way too long to eat her dinner. The other day, I turned the kitchen timer to 20 minutes (she was already eating for like 1 hour). Told her when the beep goes off, she needs to be done. Especially if she wants dessert. Now would you know, this girl bawled her eyes out for 18 minutes, cause I turned on the timer! Smh.... Well, guess who went to bed without food
