Don't get discouraged @k.e it's a process, the first few days I wanted to give up but I seen how much Nova enjoyed it and every time I feel like I don't want to do it anymore I think about how it's best for her

I pump for about 15-20 mins 6 times a day I average about 5 sessions a day @jaeparm

I had a few shots of tequila @crunchymomma so I just wanted to be safe and dump it

you don't need to dump just because you drank. if you didn't feel sober you could have pumped like 3oz to dump so you were comfortable, but you didn't need to pump 20oz just to dump it. alcohol leaves your milk at the same rate as blood. so if you're safe to drive you're safe to nurse.
