Hi Ladies, yesterday at my second trimester yesterday and the tech said "My placenta was low but not covering my cervix so that's good." She didn't say anything about rechecking in fact they made it sound like that was the last ultrasound they were going to do.
Have any of you ever been told you had a low placenta?

yes mine was low but as your baby grows your uterus brings your placenta with it so by the time your ready to deliver your placenta won't be low near your cervix.

My 19 week anatomy scan was going to be my last sono but my OB decided to get one more because she thinks he's bigger than he's supposed to be.. So depending on if your ob is like mine, you may not get another until right before you have your baby

I had an anterior one so it delayed me from feeling my baby kick until a little bit later on. But your uterus will grow and the placenta will move along with it!
