It's amazing what proper sized breast shields can do for pumping output! Fed Lucas this morning, then pumped 9.5 oz 2 hours later 😨 I knew I already had oversupply, but DAMN.

Yeah I totally noticed a difference, too. When I started out I was at the lowest guage, I believe 22? Now that If gone through many sizes over time I know where I need to be. Helps a lot and its much less painful to have the right size, too!

@mrsmccormick, oh yeah! I used the standard size most of the time thinking it was good enough and pumping left you sore no matter what. Ha! Omg I barely hurt afterwards this time 😆

@bianca_rose, I actually just ordered the two smaller sizes and then looked to see which one fit, but there are measuring tools you can print out online depending on which pump you have
