Don't start freezing breastmilk unless you are really overproducing it lasts in the fridge 5 days so if you'll use it within 5 days don't freeze it

@mommagotbump16 OK thank you I freeze 5 oz cause that's how much I pump well I actually pump more than that I have a 5 oz 3 oz and 1 oz in yhe freezer so 9 oz. I'll just unfreeze the little 3 oz then. thank you.

Like @marissamorris said, you can leave it in the fridge up to 24 hr once thawed. Also, since she's so young, try freezing it in smaller amounts for now, to make it easier ☺ @asianae16

No. Once it's thawed it must be used. If thawed out in the fridge it's good for 24 hours. If heated must be used within the hour

so just put it back in the fridge or I have to throw it away? I froze a 5 Oz bottle I pumped but my 1 week daughter only eats 2 oz. so I can't save the other 3 oz for a later? @mommagotbump16

No they don't recommend refreezing any thawed milk
