I got a prenatal massage every month from 20 weeks to 40 weeks! Definitely a MUST. They do the massage while you lay on your left & right side. For me, they focused on my legs and feet, but you'll pretty much tell them your problem areas and that's what they will focus on. They surround your belly with pillows, so, you'll be every comfortable. Make sure to pee first! You don't want to get up in the middle of the massage and waste time going potty! Haha.
