Anyone else feel really sick around 9weeks? I need pointers on how to help with this.

Oh and yogurt!! 
I've been pregnant twice but never got past the 10 week mark. So, I've been extra careful this go round I wasn't sick with my first two, but this go round I've been sick since day 1.

My prenatal was making sick so I switched prenatal. I went from pill to gummies. 
Chicken and stars soup and ginger ale have been keeping me going.
