Hey preggies! This is like a super nerd alert but I've found an equation developed and validated by researchers/OBs/mathematicians out of Duke Medical Center that predicts birth weight. Out of 87% of births, weight was predicted within 15% of actual birth weight- nearly the same accuracy as birth weight predicted via ultrasound. I just did the equation and if I had Baby D now, she'd weigh 6.46lbs!
But I complain about my weight! 🤦🏻😅
How much weight has everyone gained? I'm at 31lbs at 30 weeks.

Exactly how i was! I was 97 when i got pregnant, and then was down to 92 lbs when i decided to stop breastfeeding 😩 i really hope to keep baby weight this time! @goodbyelullabye
