Mommas who have Gestational diabetes! I Get to start seeing little man every week! Everything looks great with him but having GD they will keep a closer eye on both of us. We're you induced early? or did you go full term & how big was your little one?

I think my baby was 4 pounds 1 ounce at 30 weeks maybe 31 and he measured at 33 weeks
@crazytoast, my baby is measuring at the 87% since like 22 weeks. He's already 3.7 lbs I'm 29 weeks.
My doctor said she would still let me go 42 weeks if that's what it took because they thought he was big because I was measuring quite a bit ahead but when I had my ultrasound he was in the 50th something percentile for his weight. I have to get another ultrasound next week though to check on him again so I'm curious about what they'll say now.
at 36 weeks he was about 5 pounds.. going for another scan today hopefully he's closer to 6 now @mwatson
They will probably induce you early they do it a lot with women who have GD
I have it, but my baby is measuring small. being induced at 39 weeks @mwatson
ahh, because my boy is big for my gestation. trying to figure out what the game plan will be. @mimiz
I had a tiny baby unfortunately I didn't go full term because of MY issues not the GD but she would have been tiny still it didn't affect anything I ate all my food was normal I just didn't exceed anything
I'm willing to keep him in there for however long he wants. I'm just greedy And want to hold my monster. I haven't talked to my ob about it at all.
