Has anyone brought anything from mothercare had to have it delivered and it's took ages to come?…

Usually it's come within a week unless we've had to wait for it to come back into stock. But you should be notified if that was the case.

I ordered a mattress in store last Tuesday and we've still not had it! But we ordered our travel system on Sunday and I've had an email about that getting dispatched (the car seat was on pre order so I don't know if it was just that getting dispatched) and I've tried to track it online but keeps saying the order number is incorrect :/ @stephaniex x

Maybe call up or ask in store. They should email once it's dispatched but they haven't always with me & it's turned up...

Yeah they are slow with processing orders

I ordered my travel system from mothercare and the lady said it would take about 3 weeks before its in the store and then they have to deliver it to your address. If you have the tracking number you can see where it is on the website xx
