Same here, but my husband don't get it, he says when you sleep a lot you want to sleep even more and more, like it's my fault:)) he suggest me to do more exercises and be somewhere outside of house.. Sometimes I want him to be pregnant instead of me :)))
I find the first trimester the hardest @jeniya_star As the others have said it's draining. Most people don't know your pregnant at this point so you can't even explain why your so shattered! The tiredness is overwhelming & sickness if you have that as well! Oh the joys hehe.
Men don't get it at all. If you use one of those pregnancy apps or books, try getting him to read up on the symptoms etc. My husband did & it really helped him understand a bit more what I was going through. We are growing little humans in our bodies which takes all our energy. We're not sleeping because we're lazy lol .
nausea, that turned to sickness 24/7, being exhausted and realising that whatever I ate within 5 minutes would be back up, it was horrible but it's completely worth it, also the constant worry that everything is ok as I have had a previous miscarrage @jeniya_star x
felt so sick put off foods i normally loved certain smells made me feel uneasy to and a bit depressed 😂 I cried most of the day and felt sorry for my self most of the time lol all I can say is thank god it passes xx
I couldn't keep anything down for the first 4 months, strong smells made me ill and nothing worked, mine passed after the 16th week and I've been fine ever since
