I think my milk came in and I'm formula feeding **no bashing please**. My almost 2 year old was having a crying fit earlier and I just noticed my shirt is wet and they feel engorged and milk comes out. How do I keep this from happening again?

my boobs used to know when my twins were hungry they would fill up lol

@mimiz, I didn't think a thing about my toddler making them leak. My newborn hasn't really cried enough to make them he is a good baby.

Where a sports bra 24/7 and do not take hot showers . Take your shower with your back turned towards the water. Hot water encourages milk production. The sports bra worked great for me
