I just pumped for 15 min on my left side and got 8 oz! Like seriously if anybody knows what will slow down production just a lil please let me know. I just had my ban Saturday idk if that matters or not

I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
You definitely don't want to slow down production with baby being that young. just keep it pumping mama! I used to get 10-15 oz when my baby was a lot smaller. It'll even out
