I believed my daughter had a diaper rash or was soon to have one. I noticed a red mark when changing her diaper, it looked pretty bad. So I put some on it. Today the mark isnt even there. I still put a bit on the spot just in case. It'd safe to say that Desitin is the best for diaper rashes or sore spots in the crease. Happy I got that taken care of for my lil sweetheart before it got worse. I don't even know how she got it. I give her a bath every other night and I make sure to fully clean her when changing her.
