I do not know if I have PMS or PMDD but Everytime before I get my menstrual cycle I feel so down, don't want to do much but lay in bed and cuddle. I also don't feel like talking to anyone. God has blessed me so much and I hate this feeling but I can't help but feel down. Than I cry because I feel down and nervous . I also get anxiety. ughhhh does anyone else feel like this? I try to talk to my friends but they said they don't feel the same way I feel. :/

So I keep feeling these lil sharp pains on my right side. You do get pains like that before you start your period right.? Remember I had that dark brown spotting for a few hours last month on the 22. My period suppose to start today.
