keep getting a stabbing pain in my stomach and keeps getting hard going to try to sleep though as much as I can just in case something starts fingers crossed
That's good, too! Just don't tire yourself out. There's nothing worse than going into labor exhausted. But, swimming is really good! It's suppose to help relieve some of the pressure.
I don't have pineapple but I've been bouncing and eating spicy and raspberry leaf tea so hopefully that help and going on walks. I went swimming yesterday and that's when everything started @tiffany_sanft
I've heard that, too, since your body is already conditioned from the first. Eat lots of pineapple and bounce on a birthing ball! 😊

yes I'm 1cm dilated and soft but still long she said I'm making progress so any day i guess @tiffany_sanft I also had a few contractions while I was there so I'm excited
