TMI but my nipples are so sore. I am strictly pumping because breast feeding wasn't working for either of us. I got smaller flanges for my pump which helped a little but still so sore. any remedies?

are your trying the lanolin?

The lanolin is great. Also maybe try using some coconut oil as lube. It helps a lot

use breast milk that's what helped me

put a small amount of coconut oil in the flanges to facilitate a smoother pump.
