I can't say yes or no because it's personal preference, really. I wouldn't care which one I used as long as my baby does well with it.

all gmo means is that they genetically modified the plants used in order to keep away pests or to produce a higher yeild. no chemicals are used in gmo products, but there is some DNA alteration. with non-gmo they use chemical pesticides and such.

Non gmo is so much better. Look up Gmo.
