I had a traditional women-only shower (invitees) but my husband was there start to finish.

i think if he wants to , he should be able to. maybe compromise by just having him come during the gift opening part...i've seen that done. mine doesnt want to come at all😔

@sashacooper, because a baby shower is "a gift" and it's rude of me to even ask questions about it apparently.. or request anything. or want a say. :/

I'm sure your mom has good intentions but if it's something you want it's been done before successfully and I'm sure your mom's vision will change to accommodate you

My baby's father came. He wanted to be just as much a part of it. But then my friend didn't have hers come and her bf had a diaper party with his friends where everyone just brought diapers and beer lol

I wish I was having a coed shower, but my family isn't letting me have any say in this at all :( @sashacooper
