that same day I went in @answeredprayer16
how long did it take to get approved and started? @madibug96
No I don't @answeredprayer16
do you work? I'm currently working but I'll be a stay at home mom once I have her. @madibug96
lucky. I wish ours did that
@madibug96, yes a little because he's away from his son a lot and his son is a dependent
@answeredprayer16, I signed up and my husband is a marine. and I totally agree, military makes shit. @ginnalynn his pay goes up since you had a kid?
i completely understand. my ex husband was I'm the !marines and when we lived in North Carolina it was a struggle because the pay doesn't even do any justice for the coast of living down there. when he got out and we moved to Ohio he made more then being in the military
navy here..are y'all signing up for wic?
nope, and the Army actually adds a lot of stress sometimes. for instance, DEERS was updated that we have a son but my husband's unit won't update his pay since he has a dependent now
right!! yes they have benefits, but it's not like they get paid this huge amount of money.. it drives me crazy when someone says to me "your husband probably makes really good money so I don't know why your stressed out" first off, my husband has been in 2 1/2 years, he's only 19, we have a baby on the way, and we live off base so a lot of his money goes towards rent & the car and baby stuff and by the time bills are paid it's pretty tight.. no one gets that the army doesn't get paid as much as it seems! @ginnalynn
Right! If anything we just have more restrictions
hell no! my husband and I are both in the Army and we still struggle sometimes
