Can you freeze milk that's been in the fridge for a few days? I was away from home so couldn't freeze it but now I have like 20 oz of EBM in my fridge from what I pumped since Friday.

No microwaving or boiling. warm water in a cup N put milk in the container it is in in the cup to warm it up for like 5 or 10 minutes
