Is it normal to have severe cramping pains in your lower abdomen 10 days after delivery? Cuz ouuucchhhh

Oh yeah! lol
They hurt even worse if you're breastfeeding. I had to take ibuprofen everytime I nursed because as soon as I would I'd start cramping.
