Most recommend not getting pregnant again for two years. that's when your body is fully healed.
I read it takes 18 months to fully heal your best windows are between 18 months to 5 years

Short Luteal Phase?
I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
At least 12 months but 18 months would be preferable to start trying.
