What does it mean when baby has hard stools??? She's been eating solids for about a month and lately the stool been like turds and clumpy not as soft and creamy..

My baby girl is now 18 days young 🥰.... She’s been having really frequent stools yesterday and today. Like when she farts she pops a little bit.... or when she cries she poops a little bit ..... and because of her frequent pooping she got a bad rash on her butt. I’m worried she might have diarrhea. She doesn’t seem fuzzy.... her body temperature is Normal........ just that her stools have been a lot more frequent , like I mean a lot. Has anybody had the same experience ?
TMI but I can't poop and stool softeners not helping, I may try miralax next
🚨TMI🚨 So my ob started me on iron supplements and stool softener, and the stool softener isn't working!!! Any suggestions ?

Now that they eat solids it's normal that their stools aren't super soft. I give my daughter just a little bit of water or juice. As long as they don't seem to hurt them while they poop, it's ok
