when did u mommas start giving your one year old regular milk?

I was told 11 1/2 but I started my daughter slowly at 10 months old.

a year for whole milk and 2 years for low fat

@mommybre14 so I need to start him out with whole milk? how often, just like I did regular formula?

yea, I breastfed and just cut him off completely except at night replacing it with vitamin D and yea that's what the Dr told me

I started slowly at 11 months and by a year she was fully off of formula and a bottle and was using her sippy cups

My kids got on whole milk at 9 months and took vitamin supplements.

I was told to introduce it to him now slowly transitioning him to whole milk by 12 months
