how do you tell the difference between Braxton hicks and regular contractions. last night it would tighten up and it hurt pretty bad. like if I was standing up I'd have to sit down. my whole stomach was super tight. it did this for a couple of hours.

Why Are Many Women Unaware of Their Own Anatomy?
the amount of women who are clueless about their own anatomy is so sad and shocking. a lot of the women are older than me and have more children then I do 😳
now I understand that everyone has their own opinion on the topic and grown adults can do whatever they want with their bodies but to deny facts and make up false statements about your own anatomy when it comes to your unborn child is just so disappointing.

Just seen a chick on offer up selling 12 mo old baby clothes, bottles and (gasp) baby milk! 5 cans for 10 bucks each. They damn near 30 in the store !!!!! Now is a bad mom? Idnt think so 😝😝😎
Braxton Hicks normally if you change position to get better and they're not as constant or it's closer together or as painful as real contractions
