Ladies, if you aren't convinced because of the health benefits for baby, do it for the weight loss! I was looking at old pictures. This is 7 months into breastfeeding my first baby and I was nice and thin. Can't wait to get that body back.

@littlemissrainesmommy, every body is different, you're right. It's just easier to lose. If you don't eat right or exercise it doesn't really matter if you breastfeed or not.

not all women lose weight from breastfeeding though.
