omg lucky I'm pumping 4 Oz right but that's with both boobs I been breast feeding a pumping for 6 days. how long have you been doing it? when will I get like you lol? ftm.
I'm a ftm and my baby was born 10 days ago. Before I pump I make sure I drink at least 1 water bottle before i do it. Also i breastfeed every 2 hours and make sure i at least drink a watwe bottle then. My nurses always told me to stay really hydrated because I'll be able to produce more. Idk if it has to do with him being 9lb 10 ounces at birth but even when i produced colostrum I produced alot. You can also make lactation cookies!! @asianae16
