It's better to gain than lose I can feel my body dreading the rest of this process

@mrsrose, yeah I knew a few ppl who lost rather than gain .. idk I gained so I have no idea what your going thru just wish u the best and hope it gets better for u

@daniediane, well if I feel sick I eat and the sickness goes away which is how I put on so much weight
