how do you moms feel about posting pictures of your newborn baby on social media? my husband and I have been in conflict…

I'll post when I feel like it but won't flood Facebook because of all the weirdos out there >.< and plus, when I was single or wanting to get pregnant, it was either annoying or depressing to see babies everywhere on my feed. I do however just avoid questions from people that weren't ever interested in my life before I got pregnant. All of a sudden they want to know how my pregnancy is going and what I'm having and when I'm due and I'm like "you didn't even talk to me before this and now you wanna be all nosey... No thank you". Pregnancy has really let out my "i don't give a fk" mood at times 😂

@mv92, same here! my family kept saying "oh you're pregmant again"...like I'm married and have a husband who takes care of his family. my family only sees me now as the fuck up because I got pregnant at 18. and that is why I don't want them involved

ive had people tell me "you're so stupid for getting pregnant again" my own mama " you shouldn't b pregnant, but let me name the baby" like Wtf! no! i have my kids all day with me.. never with sitters. me and hubby dont have date nights EVER. i dont ask her anyone in that matter for anything, so people shouldn't even b making comments or having opinions on me having another baby.

@mo0430, thats exactly how i see it. just tryna b nosey. like nooo what happened to all those negative comments? !

@mv92, yeah I understand people have a lot to say to you now but once the baby comes they're going to want to be nice to you just to be nosey and see it.

@mo0430, ya i completely get you. i do have FB but i dont want the same thing as you lol so many people not even there for me and have even talked down on me being pregnant and i know how quick they r to switch once baby is born. my mom has been like this as well.

@mv92, finally someone who understands what I'm talking about. I don't have a fb but my family does and if I send them a picture they are sure to post it and I definitely do not want that especially since I didn't do it ya know

ive actually been thinking about this these past few days.. i usually have but this time around i dont think i am. for the same reasons as you.

You can always just send people the pictures. That's what we're doing for the first few days. Then when we get settled we'll post a pic or two on Social Media

you can block certain people from seeing your posts on Facebook

@michelle2220, I don't want my family involved if they didn't care from the get go. for instance my mom and I don't get along at all but I know once I send a picture or post it she will get it and post it herself acting like she was there

I'm posting pictures bc I personally just don't care.

@4xmeislove, lol I post a lot of pics of my hubby and kids because I just adore them but I'm being more cautious with this one that's coming just for personal family issues/reasons
