Yes Vicks and try a humidifier worked wonders for my daughter

Also at night Vicks on feet with socks on helps too.

Vicks baby chest rub and a steam shower... If u don't know what that is turn the shower in as hot as it goes, close the door and get the baby nakie and out the Vicks on the feet and chest. It'll Steam up and get hot as heck in there but that's what I had to do when my son had a chest cold.
