had to start taking iron supplement, last night was the second day taking them was up sick all night. anyone else had this problem? I don't see the point in taking them if I can't keep them, or enything else down...
I have the best hubby ever . Last night i had a flare up of my gallstones . i had to take an oxy to aleviate the pain ,rarely do i take it because even tho the dr said it is okay to take them im scared to get addicted to them so i take them as a last resort . I was in so much pain .tell me how this man took care of the baby ALL NIGHT then went to work this morning to work until 6 pm . HES THE REAL MVP! HAHA im blessed 😍
need suggestions.... So at work we have a drink thief. Any time we put a drink in the fridge it disappears. I swear I know who it is. So far he's taken drinks from everyone that works in the office, we even put a sign to not take anything you didn't pay for and wrote our names on the drinks. The person I think is taking them works out of the office so we never get to see who is drinking them.
Has anyone else had any drs try to prescribe them Zofran while pregnant?? With all I have heard, I don't want to take it. Have any of you taken it while pregnant?
Who else takes these ? I just started and love them because I was throwing up the pill this is so much better !!
Short Luteal Phase? I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.

They made me sick as well. I stopped taking them. It did help to take them with food sometimes but usually.i ended up super nauseated and dizzy from taking them.

Ask your doctor if you can take palafer, I currently taking palafer and it's working well for me

Definitely take with food and not with other medication. Taking iron with vitamin C helps your body to absorb the iron... I take mine after a meal with a small glass of real orange juice. Hope this helps!

Make sure you're taking iron pills at least 3 hours before or after any other medication

@babysurovy, does that include prenatal vitamins? I want to take them with food, but the only meal I can manage in the day I'm already taking vitamins with it.

I used to have to take iron pills, not pregnancy related, I found taking them at night with lots of water helped. Can't remember if I was allowed to take them with food. Sorry you're going through this! I remember iron nausea too well. I'm lucky (and shocked) I haven't been put on iron pills. My diet must have definitely improved.

take them in the morning. I had to use palafer but I took it in the morning because at night I found it messed up my stomach.
