I'm 39 weeks tomorrow, feeling really sick, getting cramps but nothing regular at the moment, pressure down below and have no energy. has anyone else had this? xxx

Yeah maybe I always found that walked loads before the labour made it lest painfull as well because your softening the cervix, it really helps speed it along as well my first labour I was so lazy laid in bed all day lol and that labour was so slow an unbelievably painfull, keep active xx

@katrainbird, I went to BMW open day yesterday and was walking miles then so maybe that's what's started things if this is it xx

maybe you should go for a long walk with someone help get this labour over with its fine to have your baby anywhere from 38 weeks xx
