my son suddenly got hot i mean severely hot out of no where a few hours ago and i took his temp and it was 104.2 a few hours later and it is being controlled with tylenol and motrin but i he is refusing liquids and he is shaking and literally seconds after giving him his second dose of motrin about 5 mins ago he projectiled vomited like the exorsist type puking everywhere. im really sad and idk what to do, i dont know if i should take him to the ER bc id have to take an ambulance out there and then id be stuck out there or if i should wait it out. also what could this be?

@tiffany_sanft idk maybe his temp has spiked even in medicine clear up to 103 again so I'm taking him in at 3

Maybe he just caught some 24 hour bug? That's good that he's doing better now, you might still wanna call a hotline nurse just to be sure, though. You're doing great, mama. ❤️

@tiffany_sanft, better he is taking liquids by himself and his temp is at 101.3 hes sleeping now. alternating the meds and keeping a cold t shirt on his head

I would call the advice nurse at your dr office or hospital. They will be able to tell you if you need to take him to the er. That is a pretty high temp. Maybe monitor it for the next few hours and try to push liquids and see what the advice nurse says to do.

Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no, his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me and did something else with an other girl.... and it's 10:51 am now and he hasn't texted me at all. and after he dropped me off I texted him saying what I felt and nothing. I don't know if I'm over reacting or what or what should i do. do i wait until he text me?
