You also get a thing called a wet bag to keep them in until you wash them! ☺️ @mommakaz

You rinse them with a spray bottle thing! Lol it all depends on the kind you get. I have to wash mine twice on cold and then one more time on hot!

I'm using both! Cloth while she's with me at home and disposable while I'm at work or we're out! I got my diapers from a huge consignment sale called just between friends, check for some in your area! They're used but you can't tell and all of my pocket diapers came with inserts. I'm also part of groups on Facebook that you can check into! ☺️ @mommakaz
