I have a question for you breastfeeding mommies..I bought a 4pk of B&Js; they are 11.2poz and 3.2%…

I had the same question. someone told me they read it doesn't effect the baby. then again IDK for sure. I hope you find an answer that'll help me too.

Alcohol leaves breastmilk just as quickly as it does your blood, so if you feel okay and not drunk, it is perfectly safe to feed. I have also read that even if you drink a little bit WHILE nursing, it isn't enough to effect the baby, but I have always waited at least an hour or two after a drink or until I feel like I'm sober. Only time you need to pump and dump is if you drink a lot and you are engorged and you can't wait until you are sober to relieve those sore breasts lol then I would dump it if you pumped while super drunk haha

No problem mama! Just a tip, if you know your baby is gonna be out for a while for the night, that is totally the BEST time to drink lol my girl sleeps 8 to 11 hours straight so I know once she's down for the night, it's safe for mama to get hammered LMAO (I don't go that overboard but have on accident once because I didn't realize how low my tolerance was haha)

never pump and dump. if you're safe to drive you're safe to nurse :)
