Living with my mom actually my step mother who I've known since I was 6 years old has been so tough lately..I've been cleaning the house and I'm the only one doing the dishes keeping the kitchen clean and she comes home from work yelling at me saying I brake things because I'm literally the last person who touched the dryer it had problems and I called her to ask if she knew bout it and she blamed me for braking it..bf noticed it but never said a word until I noticed it too, I turn on the vacuum I smelt something burning and chose to stop it before it got worse and apparently the belt was damaged I mean it's bad luck I'm the last person who touched it but I wasn't the last person who vacuumed..the worse part is our bedroom does not have a lock I don't know if we will get privacy with our baby and I'm starting to get annoyed at my 10 year old sister who also pops in my bedroom without knocking at times this gets seriously hard for me and bf too I feel like we have no privacy she also doesn't wash her dishes or helps keep the house clean ☹️ I just really want us to have a place of our own not possible cuz I'm not working..I've just been getting so stressed out lately since no one is doing anything in the house except me and bf.

Look into low-income housing in a decent neighborhood. You 2 would be able to get a 2 bedroom & your rent would be sorely based off of his income 👍
Oh. well if you have a chance, go get one, and put it in. I would go nuts not having any privacy so I can imagine how you feel. Good luck girl.

@rachel8792, he's working right now so I don't try to argue how we spend money but literally he doesn't believe it's worth the investment and it's upsetting me I hate not having a lock on my door☹️
Go to the dollar store or the 99cent store and get one of those simple locks. you just need something temp. If hes not willing to spend $1 then he has no reason to complain.
@rachel8792, I'm trying to convince my bf and he doesn't listen he keeps telling me it's a waste of money but I really want my own privacy and he just won't listen he's like we will only be here 5-6 more months I mean currently right now I can imagine my mom or sister barging through the door when the baby cries or other things & this would end up getting me really stressed since literally we would have no privacy😕
Get a lock in the meantime until you get your own place. You should be able to lock your door, and have time with your family in peace
@mommyof3handsomeboys, he makes 35,000 a year so we won't qualify for low income housing but we may qualify for restricted income housing but currently we are trying to save since we make car payments on a new car and high insurance payment totaling 650$ since he is only 20 years old so it's a bit worrisome for us to move out 😕 we both make payments for student loans and I have to make payment for an old car loan just waiting to go back to work after baby so I can lift the financial burdens we have.
