it's because I've been going in every other day for monitoring due to irregular movement! Basically everything is OK with little man, had scans etc and every time I get on the ctg he wiggles away lol but he just doesn't have a regular pattern from day to day and because I went in 4 times over the course of my pregnancy they had to put a plan together for me which was the every other day monitoring and then consultant has said that she probably won't want me to go over my due date and would consider inducing me so they are giving me weekly sweeps so I can try and avoid induction....hope that makes sense! xxxx @briony1994

thank you! me too and he is absolutely fine...so that's why I really want to avoid induction if possible because I feel like I've bought a lot of it on myself if you know what I mean and sometimes it's been in my head and if I hadn't have gone in so much in those earlier days there would be no plan for induction and I feel like if I'm induced I'm forcing him to come before he wants to and it's my fault, it's a bit of a vicious circle because then on the other hand it's nice to have the reassurance every other day that's he is OK especially if he has had a quiet day and it calms my anxieties! But like the midwives have always said to me better to come in and be checked and plus if I am induced it won't be before 40 weeks just not long after so he should be cooked! lol @briony1994 xxx

NEVER say you've brought it on yourself, were always told to go and get checked rather than worry so you did what was best for you and your little boy! We're classed as full term from 37 weeks so he would be ready any time from then, by 40 weeks he definitely will be ready to come and meet you and have cuddles, don't think your forcing him to come when he's not ready, think of it as your giving him a nudge towards his eviction notice haha xxx

aww thank you @briony1994 you're so right and I just need to keep reminding myself of all that! Fingers crossed this sweep works on Monday! I've had 2 already lol....nothing! but I'm hoping being closer to due date it might work! At least it's more of a natural labour than induction! I just don't like the thought of being artificially induced! Thanks again @briony1994 😙😙😙 xxx

Just keep trying everything to bring him on, jog up and down your stairs, get this baby moving :D xxx
