does anyone else get really scared? I've never been a chicken when it comes to stuff but since I've been pregnant I'm almost scared of the dark, I always think someone is going to break into my apartment, and every time I get up to pee in the night I have to check the door locks and spare room. 😓

I check the locks multiple times a day lol. My bf thinks I'm weird. But my grandma left her door unlocked one evening some guy just walked right in and robbed her. I don't wanna give anyone that chance. I do have a big scary dog tho who definitely makes his presence known

Glad I'm not the only one, I got 10000x worse after I had my daughter, I'm always scared someone is going to come inside my house and take her, she sleeps in my room but I still think someone could come in while I'm sleeping! I feel so crazy and my fiancé thinks it's weird that I feel this way, but it's a mom thing I guess.

it's crazy! I finally told my fiance last night because he was joking around about ghosts and I told him how I've been feeling and what I'm scared of and he was so confused that I even felt scared in the first place! his reassurance was "I'm sure I'd wake up if someone broke in" like thannnks.. lol @olliesmommy21

Yeah, my fiancé wouldn't wake up, he sleeps through everything! And I live in the woods so it makes it much more scarier, and I have a dog who's outside and he barks and that freaks me out even more! I hope my fears go away because I'm going to make myself go insane

yep! if this gets worse after the baby is here I'm going to go crazy. at least I can have the excuse of having nightlights everywhere lol @olliesmommy21

Oh yes girl, my kitchen light and bathroom light stay on! Even my 2 porch lights. And a gun close by, I don't play when it comes to my baby! 😂 @jsco

I am the same way. I made my fiancé swich sides of the bed with me recently, because there was some guy on our porch looking around one night while he was at work. I normally seep on the outside of the bed because it's easier to get up in the middle of the night. but now I sleep against the wall so he's closer to the door lol and my anxiety doesn't help much
